WHO WE ARE:

REUSE AND GREEN BUILDING PARTNERS (RAGBP) is a 501(c)(3) that processes real property tax donations for individuals and LLCs.

RAGBP are project managers and consultants who implement the deconstruction donation process as an alternative to demolition, creating a cycle of sustainability and generosity.

WHAT WE DO:

RAGBP acts as a liaison between property owner, deconstruction contractor, and qualified appraiser to maximize IRS compliance, donor contribution, recycling, and distribution of reusable material.

HOW WE DO IT:

The structure, or a portion thereof, excluding land, is donated to RAGBP, and deconstructed in lieu of demolition. Reusable building material is diverted from landfill and provided to other non-profits and inequitable groups at no cost. It’s this process that qualifies the donation as tax-deductible.
